The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security offers a full list of resources to aid in the recovery effort after a natural disaster. That list can be found here.

Washington State Emergency Management Division provides information about emergency preparedness as well as information about disaster assistance for households and businesses.  More information can be found here.

The Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management website offers a plethora of information for the county including preparation, response, and recovery plans and resources for the area. That information can be found here.

The Emergency Services Coordinating Agency (ESCA) that services Snohomish County provides Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training, as well as information for other volunteer opportunities to assist in emergency management throughout Snohomish County. Ready.gov is a federally managed site that provides information on the causes and warning signs of landslides and tips on what to expect and what to do before, during, and after a landslide.  They also provide information for Washington residents to prepare for natural disasters common to the region.
